Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and Akwa Ibom state Counterpart, Gov. Udom Emmanuel, set to Commission Osokwa-Aro Umuejie-Omoba road.

The Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, will in company of his Akwa Ibom State counterpart, Governor Udom Emmanuel, commission the recently constructed Osokwa-Aro Umuejie-Omoba Road which traverses Osisioma and Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Areas today at 1 p.m.

In a release signed by the Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, the Governor invites the Deputy Governor, Sir Ude Oko Chukwu, Members of the State Executive Council, the Member representing Obingwa/Osisioma/Ugwunagbo Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Chief Solomon Adaelu and his Isiala Ngwa North/South counterpart, Chief Darlington Nwokocha.

The release also invites the Speaker, State House of Assembly, Chief Chinedum Orji, Members of the State House of Assembly and Members of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) led by Chief Michael Ibe.

According to the release, the State Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Asiforo Okere, Members of the State Council of Traditional Rulers led by Eze Joseph Nwabekee, State Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Apostle Emma Agumuo and Bishop Sunday Onuoha, Leaders of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Leaders of Transport Unions and Farmers Associations as well as State Chairman and members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) are invited to the commissioning exercise.
