The Chairman, Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, Comrade Ike Anyatonwu, has charged Supervisory Councillors in the Council to see their appointments as a call to serve the people.

Comrade Anyatonwu who  gave the charge during the swearing-in of the Supervisors held at Ururuka Hall, Council Headquarters, Omoba, described them as partners in the business of developing the Council and called on them to make greater impacts in their respective offices while expressing confidence that they have what it takes to perform their duties creditably.

Responding on behalf of the Supervisors, the Supervisor for Education, Sir Lawrence Ogbonna, thanked Comrade Anyatonwu for finding them worthy to serve while assuring that they will see their appointments as call to serve the people.

The Council head of Service, Chief Kalu Ikpo Ochokwu had earlier administered oath of Office and Allegiance on the Supervisors.
