Isuikwuato Local Government has called on interested members of the public who wish to own shops at the Council’s Ultra Modern Motor Park, under the Public Private Partnership, arrangement, to pick an expression of interest Form from the Accounts Department of the Council.
A release by the Head of Service of the Council, Mrs Edna Anoziem, says the Forms go with a non-refundable fee of N20,000.00 only, through the Isuikwuato Local Government Area Revenue Account No-2013335588, First Bank.According to the release applicants who purchase the expression of interest forms are to take their drafts and other evidence of payments to the Chairman’s office where they will be converted to receipts by the Secretary of Isuikwuato local government area, and the forms issued them, while all dully completed forms are to be returned to the Chairman’s office for further documentation and appropriate official actions on or before 20th of this month.
The release says it is on first come first service basis as the Forms are in limited quantity.
Meanwhile, work has recommenced at the Isuikwuato Ultra Modern Park, Ahaba Imenyi.
Speaking at the site during an on the spot inspection visit, the Chairman, Chief Chima Agbaeze, who expressed delight on the success recorded so far on the Ultra Modern Park Project, assured that all efforts are in place to ensure timely completion of the work which will foster development and employment in the area when actualized, and enjoined relevant stakeholders to sustain their support.
