Three-week annual recession.

The Federal High Court will this month proceed on a three-week annual recession from the twenty-sixth of this month.

The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Justice John Tsoho who announced this yesterday, said the vacation would last till September seventeenth, and pursuant to the provisions of Order 46, Rule 4 (d) of the Federal High Court Rules 2019.

Although the Court is expected to resume sitting on September twenty, the Abuja, Lagos and Port-Harcourt Divisions will remain functional throughout the vacation.
