A Professor of Medicine, University of Port Harcourt, and Professor Kanu Nkangineme says Dr Philip Nto’s leadership as the Provost of the Abia State College of Education (Technical), Arochukwu is not just proactive but development oriented and a novel in the history of the College since its inception.

Prof. Nkangineme, who was on a visit to the College described the projects initiated and completed by Dr Nto at the Abia State College of Education (Technical), Arochukwu among other policy initiatives which will place the College on a higher pedestal as heartwarming and appealed to the Provost not to rest on his oars to write  his name in gold.

He said that his visit to the College was to seek areas he can collaborate the leadership of the College to deepen the reforms currently ongoing in the Higher Institution and therein made inputs on curriculum of the skill acquisition programme of the College.

Correspondent reports that Projects visited by Prof. Nkangineme include the newly completed Library Complex, Schools of General Studies, Sciences and Education, the College Auditorium, School of Arts and Social Sciences as well as that of Business Studies which are all projects initiated and completed by the Dr Philips Nto administration in ASCETA.
