Government has promised the National Youth Service Corps in the State of an enabling environment to ensure they perform their job effectively.

The Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Chris Ėzem  who made this known when the new Abia State  NYSC Cordinator, Mr. Jingi Dennis and his management team paid him a courtesy visit in his office, maintained that the state will continue to extend a hand of fellowship to the Corps in the state.

Mr. Ezem while noting the cordial relationship that existed between the government and the immediate past NYSC Cordinator assured the new coordinator of government’s readiness to work with him and congratulated him on his appointment.

Earlier, the New Coordinator, NYSC, Abia state, Mr. Jingi Dennis who said the visit was to familiarize himself with the state government and appreciate the government for the relationship that has been existing between it and the agency, used the opportunity to intimate the SSG of their challenges.

The event featured the presentation of NYSC magazine to the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Chris Ezem by the new NYSC Cordinator Mr. Jingi Dennis.
