The wife of the Governor Mrs. Nkechi Ikpeazu has charged Abians in diaspora to come home and invest to provide employment for their people and development of the State.

Mrs. Ikpeazu who gave the charge at Umuobiakwa during the official opening of the Graceland Hospital described Medicare as important to the rural populace.

The wife of the Governor who was represented by the former Deputy T.C. Chairman of Obingwa Local Government Council Mrs. Ezinwanyi Jonah commended the founder of the Graceland Hospital Dr. Christian Nwaehibe for a project that will benefit the people of Umuobiakwa and urged the women to patronize the hospital for quality health.

Speaking, the former Deputy Governor Chief Eric Acho Nwakanma thanked Dr. Nwaehibe for the initiative and prayed for the growth of the hospital.

In his remarks, the founder of the hospital Dr. Christian Nwaehibe described the hospital project as his childhood vision and thanked all that graced the occasion.

In his speech, the Chairman on the occasion, Chief Victor Ebere expressed happiness at their son’s benevolence and prayed God to bless him.
