Meanwhile, construction of work at the Afaraukwu Trinity College Road has been completed.
BCA correspondent Ifeanyi Ogbonna who visited the road project reports that the road has been asphalted to the gate of Trinity College.
Speaking in an interview, some of the residents of the area including Mr. Okechukwu Nmeribeole and Boniface Nwabuko saide that the completion of the road project has brought succor for the people living along the area.
According to them they have suffered for years as a result of bad road network as vehicles and tricycles in the past find it difficult to access the road and commended the Governor Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu for the gesture.
In a related development, the residents of Agbama ring road Umuahia especially those living along F line have commended the State Government for embarking on the fixing of the road.
Speaking with BCA correspondent some of the resident including Friday Nzeako and Princewill Chukwuemeka said they are happy for the work done so far which has led to economic activities picking up in the area.
They appealed to the State Government to compel the contractor handling the road project to complete the remaining portion of the road leading to Olokoro.
