Service Identity Card.

The Head of Service, Sir Onyii Wamah, has directed all Civil and Public Servants in all the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in the State Civil Service who have not obtained the Service Identity Cards to do so without further delay.
A release signed by the Permanent Secretary Bureau of Common Services and Service Monitoring, Deacon Uzoma Isiakpu says it has become imperative for every civil and public servant in the State to have the Service Identity Card because without it and the Bank Verification Number (BVN), they will not be attended to in the ongoing Biometric capturing exercise in the State Civil Service.
The release directs staff without the Service Identity Card to go to the Bureau of Common Services and Service Monitoring, office of the Head of Service with a passport photograph on white background, notification of appointment, Central Record Number_ as well as their blood group and genotype for issuance of the Card.
It further directs staff whose Service Identity Cards have since been processed but are yet to collect them to also go to the Bureau of Common Services and Service Monitoring to take them.
