Faulk’s Road Aba.


Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Dr. Eze Chikamnayo says the State Government will fully reconstruct Falk’s Road Aba before leaving office in 2023.

Dr. Chikamnayo who dropped the cheering news while featuring on BCA Radio program “Public Arena” said Intervention work has been done on the bad spots of the road to make it motorable for road users.

The Information and Strategy Boss disclosed that the reconstructed Abiriba – Nkporo road has revived economic activities along the area, pointing out that the Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu has given so much priority to road constructions to create better life for all Abians.

He noted that the St. Silas Anglican Church and Afor Ibeji axis of the Isicourt – Old Umuahia road has received lasting solution that will outlive many administrations following the use of the Rigid Pavement Cement Technology on the road, adding that the road will be dualized up to Ubakala junction with street lights.

Dr. Chikamnayo made it clear that the quality job done on Aba road Umuahia remains a sign post that signals the entry of Governor Ikpeazu into the Hall of fame of good governance, stressing that the Governor has endeared himself to the majority of Abians who appreciate his good work in the State.

Contributing, another guest on the program and Special Adviser to the Governor on Media, Eric Ikwuagwu said the Governor does not compromise standard in executing projects in the state, pointing out that no administration has done as much as the present administration in road construction.
