STREET LIGHTS
Reports say the state government has completed the installation of street lights at Osisioma interchange aimed at providing electricity within and around the Osisioma ngwa junction at night.
Our Aba Zonal Editor, Blessing Egbu who monitored the level of preparations ahead of the commissioning of the interchange reports that the state government has equally completed the erection of the Enyimba statue at the entrance of the Osisioma interchange in addition to the completion of the fixing of the steel wire around the traffic caves under the interchange with hardcore to avoid defacing the area by hoodlums.
In an interview, some residents of the area including a former president Abayi Amaugwu youth association, Prince Obinna Eze Ukaegbu and chief Nwangozi Kenneth of Osisioma park thanked the State Governor, Dr. Okezie lkpeazu for citing the first ever fly over in the state at the Osisioma junction to solve the problems of traffic jam and robbery activities experienced in the area.
