OFFICE OF THE ABIA HOS INVITES CIVIL SERVANTS FOR AN ORAL INTERVIEW.

The office of the Head of Service has invited all Senior Management Staff and Pool Staff of the Office of the Head of Service, who are matured for the 2021 Promotions and Conversions for Oral interview from Wednesday this week to 21st of next month.

A release signed by the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Administration, Benson Enyioko says, Administrative Officers on Salary Grade Level twelve to fifteen will have their turn on Wednesday this week, while Administrative Officers on Grade Level nine to ten, Library Officers and Librarians will have theirs on Thursday.

Confidential Secretaries, Secretarial Assistants and Store Officers, will take their turn on 1st of next month.  Executive Officers on Grade Level Ten to thirteen, will be interviewed on 5th of next month, Executive Officers on Grade Level nine, on 6th of next month.

Others include Executive Officers on Grade Level eight which will be on 7th of next month, while Executive Officers on grade Level eight will have their turn on 8th of next month.

Similarly, Ministry of Health, Information, Women Affairs, are scheduled for 13th of next month, Ministry of Finance and Agriculture – 14th of next month, Abia State House of Assembly, Abia State Water Board, Abia State Fire Service, Ministry of Public Utilities will face the interview panel on 15th of next month, while Ministry of Housing, Trade and Investment, Science and Technology, will be on 19th of next month.

The rest are Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development, Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Petroleum, Environment, Tourism, Arts and Culture, Transport, Youth Development, on 20th of next month, while any spill over and junior Staff DSB will have their turn on 21st of next month.

The release which says time is half past nine in the morning each day, urges all candidates to come with the original copies of their certificates, NYSC Certificate, and Civil Service Identity Card.
