Staff of all the Bureaus in the Office of the Head of Service including those of the inner office of the Head of Service will tomorrow be captured in the ongoing biometric capturing of Civil Servants in the State
at the New Secretariat Complex Oguruibe Government State Layout between half past eight 0’clock in the morning and half past three 0’clock in the afternoon.
Similarly, staff of the Office of the Secretary to the State Government and those of all the Bureaus in the Office of the S.S.G. will take their turn on Wednesday this week, while staff of Ministry of Co-operatives will take their turn on Thursday this week at the same venue.
A release signed by the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Common Services and Service Monitoring Deacon Uzoma Isiakpu, enjoins staff of all the Bureaus to come along for the exercise with their Service Identity Cards, Bank Verification Number (BVN) as well as be decently dressed.
According to the release, the Head of Service Sir Onyii Wamah has directed all Permanent Secretaries in the Bureaus in his office and those in the SSG’s office and their Directors of Administration to be at the venue of the exercise to ensure orderly conduct of their staff.
The release further directs staff that were not captured on the scheduled date of their MDAs to also go to the new Secretariat Complex to be captured.
