RUSSIA AND UKRAINE STRIKE DEAL ON GRAIN EXPORT.
Reports say Russia and Ukraine have reached a deal to allow Ukraine resume exports of grain through the Black Sea.
Turkey authorities in a statement said the deal will be signed today in Istanbul by Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres.
Meanwhile, the US State Department has welcomed the UN-Brokered deal, stating that it was focusing on holding Russia accountable for implementing it.
