SIR OKECHUKWU NDUKWE DESCRIBES THE OUTGOING PRELATE, MCN DR SAMUEL UCHE AS A HUMBLE AND INTELLIGENT SERVANT OF GOD.

The Umuahia Diocesan Lay President of Methodist church, Sir Okechukwu Ndukwe says the administrationion of outgoing Prelate, Methodist Church Nigeria Dr Samuel Uche  brought great transformation and innovation through the propagation of the gospel and massive soul winning for Christ.

Sir Ndukwe who stated this while playing host to Dr Uche in his  hometown in Amuzukwu lbeku, Umuahia north during his Apostolic Valedictory Tour to the Archdiocese, described the Prelate as a humble and intelligent servant of God who has within the 46 years, served the church meritoriously.

 He expressed happiness that the Prelate is retiring with an avalanche of testimonies to show and impactful legacies.

 Sir Ndukwe who doubles as the General Manager, Abia State Estates Development Agency, ABSEDA said that Dr Uche who is the first Prelate of Igbo extraction since the creation of the Methodist Church used his vast experience gained in the service of the church to entrench good qualities into the younger generation and equally congratulated him on his successful tenure as the Prelate of Methodist Church, Nigeria.

He further enjoined Leadership Conference Council of the church to ensure that credible person who will take the church to greater heights succeed, Dr Uche.

The Umuahia Lay President of Methodist Church, noted that Nigerians deserve a better country and enjoined Christians to remain steadfast in their faith irrespective of threat of the evildoers.

In his Speech, the Prelate Methodist Church,Nigeria, Dr Samuel Uche said that the  Apostolic Valedictory tour to Umuahia Archdiocese is in preparation of his retirement coming up this year and enjoined  Methodist Church Nigeria faithful to look inward and elect a Prelate that will succeed him.

Uche said that for a country like Nigeria to move forward there is need for all eligible Voters to register and obtain their PVCs and be  ready to enthrone good governance for the good of the Society.
