COMMISSIONER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND CHIEFTAINCY AFFAIRS TAKS POLITICIANS ON TOLERANCE.
The State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, PRINCE CHRISTOPHER ENWEREMMADU has stressed the need for Politicians to play politics of, tolerance and patience for the overall good and Development of society.
PRINCE ENWEREMMADU who made the call when he paid a solidarity visit to a Former Chairman Isialangwa North Local Government Area, Chief GAIUS ANYANWU at his country home, Ichi-Ukwu Umuoha Autonomous Community said politics of bitterness and rancor, hinder development.
The Commissioner who further enjoined politicians to reflect ,on how they started and where they are today, described Chief GAIUS ANYANWU as one of the most respected Politicians in Isialangwa North who deserves to be given an honor ahead of next year’s general elections.
In their remarks, Chief GAIUS ANYANWU and Mr UBA ANYANWU described the visit by PRINCE ENWEREMMADU as a source of motivation and assured him that the people have resolved to support and cast their votes for all PDP Candidates in the area.
Also Speaking A PDP Stalwart from Ichi-Ukwu Umuoha ward in Isialangwa North, EMMA NWOGU, President General,Ukwa-Ngwa Youths, Comrade YOUNG UGOCHUKWU and Comrade IHESIULO DARLASS said the people are determined in ensuring victory for all PDP Candidates in Ichi-Ukwu Umuoha Autonomous Community and thanked PRINCE ENWEREMMADU for the solidarity visit.
The Solidarity visit also attracted to presence of Deputy Chairman Isialangwa South Local Government Area, Mr. Chimeremeze Nwankwo and other notable personalities in the area.
